Introduction

The FARM HOUSE contains a suite of offices for rural professionals in the Heart of the Heretaunga Plains. The quiet rural location and outlook, easy parking and ready access to other Centre facilities, provide opportunities for associated yet independent professionals to work synergistically

Accommodation

A number of single, double and open plan office options are available. Sharing facilities, services and coffee with access to all the Centre facilities as required, this is an ideal option for small agricultural service businesses

Shared Facilities

Office tenants share a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker and dishwasher. The open plan lunch area and outdoor tables with views to Te Mata Peak provide room for informal discussion and relaxation.

Shared Services

Tenants have options of sharing office services and equipment - broadband, phone, and fax; copiers and printers; guillotines and shredders; and IT including server access and backups. And if you have a work peak or need to take a break, there may be someone on hand to help out

Extras

Extra meeting space is on hand with discounted rates for Green Shed seminar facilities hire. Space may be rented self-storage, or for ‘dirty work’ in the Silver Shed. Access to space for field trials and other field operations can be negotiated

Accessibility

All buildings and facilities at the Centre are fully accessible with hard surfaces and ramping. However there is limited access in research and demonstration fields. Accessibility parking is central to all buildings
