The Centre provides professional offices, meeting and seminar facilities and land for research and training. The Green Shed seminar venue can be hired for training, meetings or events. Offices are for lease or enquire about a Hot Desk Option.

Situated on the northern edge of Hastings in the middle of the productive Heretaunga Plains, the Centre is located on a 4 ha site with easy access and plentiful parking.
The Centre for Land and Water is 4 km from the Hastings CBD, 17 km from the Napier CBD and 18 km from Hawke’s Bay Airport.
