Farmhouse Office Suite

A number of single, double and open plan office options provide opportunities for associated yet independent professionals to work synergistically. Sharing office facilities, services and coffee with access to all the other Centre facilities as required, this is an ideal option for small agricultural service businesses

Green Shed Meeting and Seminar Venue

The Green Shed is a dedicated venue for seminars and meetings. A seminar room with seating at tables for 24, double that theatre style, or a Board Room with table seating for 12. Add ample outdoor space for field demonstrations and practical workshops, it is the ideal venue for agricultural and horticultural extension and training

Silver Shed Workshop

A genuine farm shed with concrete floor and roller doors (and small cool store) the Silver Shed supports Centre field activities provides an all-weather venue for practical demonstrations that might get that little bit messy

Research Fields

The Centre is situated on 4ha of Twyford silt loam soils. One of Hawke’s Bay’s highly fertile and well drained soil types, it is ideal for field research and demonstrations

Accessibility

All buildings and facilities at the Centre are fully accessible with hard surfaces and ramping. However there is limited access in research and demonstration fields. Accessibility parking is central to all buildings
